The pride of Godwad region, the mile stone in the journey of women education, the knowledge city; Vidyawadi is located in the most picturesque and peaceful part of western Rajasthan. Vidyawadi is a prime educational residential institution for girls. Fifty nine years ago, a few visionaries realised the importance of girls’ education and took initiative to make Vidyawadi a reality. What founders had dreamt, the working committees of Vidyawadi, one after the other, have done their best to uphold the dreams and the values professed by them.
The organization has been continuously progressing due to its sound management practices, democratic management system and best Faculty. The sprawling campus of 65 acres houses 3 educational units:
- Marudhar Balika Vidyapeeth Higher Secondary School (1956)
- Leela Devi Parasmal Sancheti Kanya Mahavidyalaya (1995)
- Leela Devi Parasmal Sancheti Eng. Med. Sr. Sec. School (2004)
The institution has been contributing excellently in the field of women education and empowerment. The organization influences the character of its students and furnishes them with ideas and values to make them worthy citizens. Keeping in view, the overall development of the students of our institution plays a pivotal role in their progress.
Our Inspiration: Smt. Subhadraji Jain
Smt. Subhadraji Jain was one amongst the founders of Vidyawadi. A Strong and dedicated lady who worked for the betterment of the institution all through her life. She was awarded with many awards at district, state and national level several times. She worked as a Teacher, as a Principal and as an Administrator with a sole objective of growth of Vidyawadi.
